Start a ConversationEvery project is governed by a fully documented Client Project Folder. Includes 3D tenders, warranties, original quotes, contracts and any additional all in one file, a binding, itemised agreement covering every product, material, and labour item. No vague scope. No hidden extras.
Its simple 10% deposit on quote acceptance, 20% on 3D tender review & approval, 20% on Delivery, 20% on Joinery installation, 20% on Stone installation, 5% on Fit-off, 5% on final handover. Terms may be adjusted dependant on client & project scale. You only pay when milestones are met.
All products supplied come with original manufacturer warranties. Product and labour warranties are documented and explained upfront, not buried in fine print.
All work is performed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and your right to a remedy, standard.
Working in an apartment or strata-managed property? We handle liaison with strata managers, agents, and certifiers, so you don't have to.

We begin with a free, no-obligation visit to your site to discuss your expectations and vision for the project. Walk us through your ideas, and we’ll listen closely, offering our professional opinions, insights and years of industry experience to help shape a project that’s both practical and efficient, built to perform for years to come.
Once the initial quote is accepted with revisions made, you accept and we visit your site to finalise all material schedules, designs and details. A deposit is made after your HWI insurance certificate is cleared — if under 20K, no certificate is required and a deposit will be requested to secure your quote. Thereafter, you will see a 3D tender in your email to review & approve in preparation for your project.
Once all insurances are issued and your 3D tender is approved for manufacturing, we provide a structured timeline outlining your project through to completion. You’ll work closely with a single, dedicated project manager — your sole point of contact from start to final handover, ensuring clear communication and consistency throughout.
As your project approaches practical completion, we conduct a comprehensive final walkthrough with you, ensuring every detail comes together exactly as envisioned. Any outstanding items are identified and resolved before we formally hand over your completed project.
To give you further confidence, we provide a two-week defect liability period following completion. Should anything arise during this time, we’re on hand to address it promptly — because our commitment to you doesn’t end at handover. We build with your long-term future in mind, so your project stands strong for years to come.
